Location

The Montgomery County Domestic Relations Court is in the Dayton-Montgomery County Courts Building. The building is on the corner of N. Perry Street and W. Third Street. The court’s address is 301 West Third Street, 2nd Floor, Dayton, Ohio 45422-2160.

If you are driving to the building, please note that:

• 3rd Street is a two-way street. 3rd Street allows traffic to travel east and west.
• Perry Street is a one-way street. Perry street allows south-bound traffic only.
• The Montgomery County Parking Garage is on the corner of Second Street. The area around the parking garage is under construction. View the Google Map of the parking garage location.

At the building:

• The reception area and courtrooms are on the 2nd floor.
• The Family Relations Department is on the 3rd floor.

Hours

The courts regular hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The court closes for lunch from 12:00 to 1:15 p.m.
